On March 18, 2025, the Equity Institute hosted the Exploring Community-Driven Solutions that Promote Health Equity convening, bringing together over 100 in-person and virtual attendees. GW President Ellen Granberg opened the event with remarks, setting the stage for insightful discussions featuring experts from Martha’s Table, Greater Washington Community Foundation, KFF Health News, GW Law School, and more. Through engaging sessions, including a fireside chat, a systems-thinking workshop, and a solutions-driven panel, participants explored actionable strategies to address systemic health inequities.
